GrowFund US LLC was born from the vision of Al de Palma, an entrepreneur and real estate developer with over a decade of experience in the American market. After completing more than 2,500 tax deed auction transactions over 4 years, Al identified a unique opportunity: combining his expertise in acquiring land at significant discounts with the growing demand for affordable housing in the United States.
What began as a strategy focused on acquiring distressed properties evolved into a vertically integrated ecosystem that controls the entire value chain of real estate development — from land acquisition to modular home manufacturing, construction, and property management.

development, and building vertically integrated ecosystems.
His journey in real estate began with a focus on tax deed auctions, where he developed deep expertise in identifying, acquiring, and transforming undervalued properties. Over 4 years, Al completed more than +2,500 tax deed transactions, acquiring land and properties at 30-60% discounts below market value.
Recognizing the opportunity to create value throughout the entire real estate development chain, Al founded and structured the Capa Holding ecosystem.
